		<description>I&#039;d like to point out that I&#039;m entirely to blame for this dish looking more oniony than it really is in the photo. It&#039;s really just that I got served last and scraped out the bottom of the pot, and the onions were fried to such sweet perfection that I couldn&#039;t leave any bits behind.</description>
